Adjustors managing the patient care receive an alert should the claim of a patient they monitor change status.

Another significant software solution Infoshape created for PCS is their Client Portal. The Client Portal allows customers of PCS to self-serve their needs for receiving patient, claim and other information that was previously only obtained through an inquiry with a PCS Employee. With their Client Portal account, information for the needed patient and claim information is available to them securely online freeing resources at PCS and giving the customer access to immediate information.
