To serve the needs of their customers, the bills they receive must be available for retrieval in several scenarios and energy information needs to be accurately recorded to allow cost analysis. Infoshape Software was able to architect a custom document management system for ERS, allowing users to drag and drop energy bills as they are received into the system to securely store the received bill initiating the workflow of the next steps for having received a bill from that account.

Energy Bills received by ERS must have payment remitted by the customer who is the account owner of the energy account. Infoshape Software was able to automate this process by having batches of electronic payment information sent to each customer, allowing the customer to import the bills into their accounts payable system for payment.
I need app integrationWhen each bill file is uploaded, a workflow is created to ensure the bill has its energy information recorded. A custom reporting solution provided by Infoshape provides many levels of analysis across states, utilities, concepts and locations. Comparisons and costs savings are done to assure each client is receiving the best possible price for their energy consumption. Customers are also able to login to the client portal for access to the reporting or individual energy bills.
