"Really, Infoshape is just nonstop reliability. If we have something that is an issue, it’s gonna get addressed that day in some way. It might not be fixed that day because it might be something complex that requires us to go back to the customer and say something. But it is so timely. When you tell someone you have to talk to IT, their expectation is slow service and email responses about once a month. But no, we come back to the customer later that evening or first thing the next morning with a good answer from Infoshape. When we send the customer that answer, the issue is fixed within a week while they’re not even expecting to hear from us within a week. And sometimes, it’s fixed within the same day or the next day. The responsiveness is so far above what is expected for IT, which is something Infoshape should take great pride in.”
